3. FRANCHISE TERMS & CONDITIONS
3.1 Franchise Eligibility
- Individuals or firms with a minimum capital of ₹5 lakhs are eligible.
- Franchisees must comply with FSSAI and local food licensing norms.
3.2 Franchise Agreement Duration
- Standard franchise term: 5 years (renewable).
- Renewal depends on performance and compliance.
3.3 Branding & Usage Rights
- HygieGreen Kitchen’s name, logo, menus, and branding are company-owned.
- Franchisees may not alter branding without written approval.
3.4 Training & Support
- Mandatory training for kitchen operations, menu handling, hygiene standards.
- Ongoing digital marketing, system upgrades, and audits provided by HQ.
3.5 Revenue & Royalty Structure
- Franchise must share monthly sales data.
- Royalty: 8% of net monthly revenue.
- Franchisee retains 92% of operational income.
3.6 Marketing Responsibilities
- Head office manages brand-level marketing.
- Local marketing must be pre-approved.
3.7 Termination Policy
- Breach of food safety, fraud, or brand damage leads to termination.
- 30-day notice required for voluntary termination by either party.

All rights reserved by Define Worldwide Communication LLP. This includes logos, recipes, brand slogans, system software, packaging design, and promotional content.
5. GOVERNING LAW
These policies are governed under Indian law and the jurisdiction of Hooghly District Court, West Bengal.
